Booking terms and conditions.

1. Deposit & Payment

• The $300 USD deposit is non-refundable.

• Deposit can be transferred to another retreat date if you cannot attend, subject to availability.

• Balance: 50% of total retreat cost due 8 weeks before arrival; remaining balance due on arrival.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations 12 weeks or more before the retreat: balance (not deposit) refundable.

• Cancellations less than 12 weeks before the retreat: balance is non-refundable. • Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance, flights, and other travel-related costs.

3. Transfers

• You may transfer your booking to another person with written approval.

• Transfers are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

4. Travel & Insurance

• Guests must ensure they have valid travel documents and insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal property.

5. Health & Safety

• Guests attend the retreat at their own risk and should consult a doctor if needed for wellness activities.

• The retreat hosts will provide guidance but are not liable for injuries, accidents, or personal property loss.
